To Die for Crock-Pot Roast

Prep time: 5 minutes
Ready in: 7 to 9 hours

Ingredients

1 beef roast, any kind
1 package brown gravy mix, dry
1 package Italian salad dressing mix, dry
1 package ranch dressing mix, dry
½ cup water
1 onion, chopped (optional)
1 package of baby carrots (optional)

Preparation

1. Place beef roast in slow cooker.
2. Mix dry ingredients together and sprinkle over roast. Pour water around the roast and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours.
3. For added flavor, place chopped onions and baby carrots in the bottom of the slow cooker before adding the roast.
